PRIVACY NOTICE
What personal data Axara Intelligence holds, why we hold it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
WHO WE ARE
Home Glazing Ltd, trading as AXARA Intelligence, operates the AXARA platform and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — we decide what data is collected and why. Home Glazing Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16603440, VAT registration number GB505544212, at 3 Cobble Courtyard, Penrith, United Kingdom, CA10 1DA. AXARA Intelligence is a trading name, not a separate company.
Contact us at info@axaraintelligence.com or on 07873 883854.
Where you use AXARA as part of an organisation, that organisation controls its own site records, evidence and uploaded content; we process that content on its behalf.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
- Account data — name, email address, organisation, role and login credentials. Used to create and secure your account and apply your seat and entitlement. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Service content — site boundaries, saved places, notes, documents, questions asked of Ask AXARA and the evidence records generated. Used to provide the service. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Usage and telemetry — pages viewed, features used, searches and analyses run, timing and error data. Used to operate, debug and improve the product and to measure plan usage. Legal basis: legitimate interests in running and improving a reliable service.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and security logs. Used for security, abuse prevention and fraud detection. Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
- Support and correspondence — messages, feedback and beta reports you send us. Used to answer you and fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing — where you opt in, your email address to send product updates. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. We receive only the subscription and invoice information needed to grant access.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
- Service providers and subprocessors — cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model providers used to generate grounded explanations, error monitoring and analytics tooling, and email delivery.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Your organisation — administrators of your organisation can see membership and usage of seats they pay for.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.
We do not sell personal data.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
AXARA is operated from the United Kingdom. Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate technical safeguards.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Account and service content is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after termination, so you can export it, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Usage and security logs are kept for up to 24 months. Financial records are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax obligations.
SECURITY
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access controls that isolate each organisation's records, least-privilege access for staff, and audit logging of privileged operations.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email info@axaraintelligence.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
COOKIES
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your workspace preferences — these are required for the service to work. We use a small amount of analytics data to understand which features are used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without the essential ones.
