AXARA reports what it can retrieve and what it cannot. A dataset marked NOT CONNECTED is never estimated, inferred or substituted with demonstration content.
AXARA uses five words for capability state, and nothing carries a word it does not satisfy. A capability is not AVAILABLE because a screen for it exists.

LIMITATION — Automated planning-application tracking and title/ownership data are not connected.
Addresses, postcodes and coordinates resolve against a live gazetteer; boundaries can be drawn or uploaded.
LIMITATION — AXARA does not hold legal title boundaries. A resolved location is a point or an area you defined — never a verified ownership boundary.
Findings are assembled from live public sources against the area you selected.
LIMITATION — Coverage varies by source and area; absence of a finding is not evidence of absence.
Sentinel-2 L2A scenes are retrieved live from the AWS Earth Search catalogue and rendered from source imagery.
LIMITATION — Optical only. No very-high-resolution, radar or historical aerial imagery. Cloud can prevent observation.
Real before/after index differencing on retrieved scenes, with the method and thresholds stated.
LIMITATION — Change is measured, not classified. AXARA can tell you something changed; it cannot reliably tell you what it is. Verify before relying on it.
Answers are composed from held evidence and live capability runs, with a RAN/FAILED trace and unknowns stated.
LIMITATION — No memory across sessions. Answers reflect only what AXARA holds at the moment you ask.
Investigations, evidence, observations, notes and decisions persist on the record and reload on return.
LIMITATION — History begins when the record entered AXARA. Earlier history is not backfilled.
Watches can be created, managed and evaluated, but nothing runs on a schedule and no alert is delivered to you.
LIMITATION — AXARA will not tell you when something changes yet. Checks happen when the workspace is opened or a run is triggered.
Outlooks are categorical and derived from held evidence, with the reasoning exposed.
LIMITATION — No validated forecasting model. Treat outlooks as structured judgement, not prediction.
Recommends the cheapest sufficient next action from the evidence gap, and records human approval.
LIMITATION — Nothing is executed automatically. Costs and durations are indicative.
Comparison reads stored evidence on saved records and shows known and unknown states side by side.
LIMITATION — Only what has already been investigated is compared; it does not run new analysis.
Alert records are written, but no email, push or in-product delivery exists.
LIMITATION — You will not be notified outside the product.
Plans, entitlements and trials work; card payment is not connected.
LIMITATION — No card is taken and no invoice is issued.
Surface reflectance COGs read directly from the AWS Open Data archive via the Earth Search STAC catalogue. 10 m bands, ~5 day revisit, Copernicus open licence.
Scene metadata is retrievable; AXARA does not yet run radar change analysis, so no radar-derived intelligence is offered.
Deterministic spectral index differencing with scene-classification cloud masking. No accuracy has been measured against a labelled dataset.
Commercial licensing required. AXARA will not infer structural or building-level detail from 10 m pixels.
PREDICTED intelligence is defined in the evidence ladder but no predictive model is deployed. Nothing is presented as a forecast.
